The parent or guardian and the school (or other family liaison) should each fill out and submit the required forms.

Get Approved
Our team will review your applications and communicate with the associated school or liaison of the family.
4.
Get Funded
If approved, Ahavas Chaya typically funds 75% of the therapy cost, and the family will cover the remaining amount.
